    Basic information you should know about Laufhaus Kolbegasse

    According to the website of the laufhaus, there are 20 apartments in the laufhaus that girls who work there can occupy. The apartments look good and every one of them is equipped with the necessary things, such as a bed, shower and a toilet. This laufhaus doesn’t have a bar area so you cannot drink in this establishment. Like in a usual laufhaus Wien, there’s no entry fee into this establishment either.

    On the website, it is advertised that there will be a spa area added soon. According to the images, this area would have an indoor pool, a sauna and other wellness facilities too. However, right now this can only be seen on the images that have been uploaded to the site and they are not yet accessible to clients.

    On the laufhaus’ website, you can see all of the ladies who are expected to be available in the laufhaus soon. As you would expect from such a business, you can inspect the ladies’ looks, their offered services as well as some basic information about them.     Overall, the new laufhaus looks good and the owners are well-known for their other laufhaus businesses around the country. However, we are not quite sure that Vienna needs another laufhaus. They are not introducing anything new and we feel there are more than enough similar establishments in the city. The latest laufhauses that have been opened in the last 5 years weren’t a huge success and only time can tell if Vienna needs another laufhaus.     Once we are here, we have to mention one of the most expensive clubs in Vienna: Babylon. This elite place is the exception to the rule. If you are rich and powerful enough, then you can get the luxury of including AO sex in the experience there.

    However, AO sex is not what Babylon is known for. People go there because they can meet beautiful girls who provide outstanding services. If you go there with the purpose of having sex without condom, then you picked the wrong place.

    The information about the Funpalast entry fee increase has been reported in the SV Forum Funpalast thread by one of our community members:

    New info: Funpalast has just raised the entry fee. It costs 90 EUR, 10 EUR more than before. The half-hour sex ticket is still included.

    We can now confirm that this info is true, entry into the saunaclub has been raised by 10€. The entry fee is now 90€ and the price still contains a ticket that is valid for a half an hour session with one of the girls. This means that the ticket system is still in place and everybody who enters Funpalast is eligible for it.

    Current situation in Funpalast and other Vienna saunaclubs

    In recently years, the number of customers in Viennese Saunaclubs has declined compared to what the number was a few years ago. There have also been an alarming number of negative or unsatisfied reports on the local forums, as well as our SV forum. Additionally, Funpalast has also been struggling with girls leaving the saunaclub and going to work at other (rival) establishments.

    It is speculated that one of the main reasons for this is the fact that Funpalast has become the budget club for anybody who is looking to pay the least amount, while still being in a saunaclub setting. These clients usually do not care about the quality of the saunaclub or the services that the girls offer; they just want to have a cheap session without having to visit budget studios, which are usually in atrocious condition.

    Another problem that seemingly all major FKKs in Vienna are struggling with is the fact that most of the ladies who work there do not concentrate on the clients. It is much more common to see the girls talking among themselves and not paying attention to the clients, they constantly fiddle with their mobile phones and they simply do not care about the visitors. Most of the clubs have a policy against girls being on their phones, but it seems none of the establishments enforce this rule.

    Last, but not least, an issue many clients who visit Funpalast or Goldentime have complained about is the fact that most of the girls are trying to upsell their services once they get to the room. Before the room they agree to anything, but once it comes to actually doing the deed, they back off and ask for more money. Unfortunately, many clients cave in because of the fact that they have their pants down and just want to get the desired services, so they pay the girls, which kind of encourages them to continue this behavior.

    Conclusion

    The FKK market in Vienna is very saturated and nobody is willing to risk opening another club. As a result of this, the owners of the currently established FKKs are not under a lot of pressure to increase the quality of their businesses. This might be one of the reasons why the saunaclubs we have in Vienna are barely evolving, or not evolving at all. Maybe this entry fee increase in Funpalast will have a positive impact on the whole business, but we cannot say for sure. We will have to wait and see what comes of the price increase.

    Is FKK Club Funpalast responsible for the decline in quality of Austrian Saunaclubs?

    I had a recent interesting chat with one of the managers of one of Vienna’s better clubs discussing this very topic. Because it is mind-boggling to me that in a city like Vienna and with tourism and business opportunities only getting better and better, FKK Club (Saunaclubs) fail to continuously benefit from the opportunities presented. These are not my words but an analysis from him. If you are interested in learning more, don’t hesitate to read the whole article now. Here goes a short (in hindsight not so short) version of his theory:

    For an FKK Club working girls are more important than clients

    Clients of FKK Clubs and Saunaclubs are the hardest to please. The nature/concept of the FKK Saunaclub business is “All Inclusive” like we see it in holiday resorts like Robinson, Magic Life, Club Mediteranné and others. Compared to brothels like Babylon, Maxim, Casa Bianca and other more elite places around the country, clients in Saunaclubs are charged an affordable and reasonable entry fee when they get in and unless they want to consume some alcohol during the stay, there is no extra money to be made for the club. It’s a good system in that the club can easily calculate the average per capita income that they will make as long as they have enough clients and enough ladies. So, as long as they have attendance from both genders in balance, all is well and the business model works and runs smoothly “by itself”.

    The “by itself” part is the first crux of the subject matter. Because now it’s all in the hands of the ladies as far as all the other money transactions are concerned and management shall not intervene unless absolutely necessary. And with so many sex sessions on any given day, there will always be some sessions that are somewhat disappointing.

    In Saunaclubs in Austria, complaining about a bad or disappointing session is pretty superfluous. Management will mostly be biased towards the girl as she is the way better customer than you as a client are (her entrance fee is higher and she will be a much better regular paying visitor than you almost always). Also, the law dictates to better not intervene because the ladies are self-employed.

    Funpalast introduces their current (cheaper) system breaking the natural market balance

    Balance is important. The prices of FKK Club Goldentime and FKK Club Funpalast traditionally were practically identical until 2 years ago; 80/90€ entry fee and 60€ per session. Prices were identical, but the success of the two places and the quality of the clubs was not identical at all, therefore the market was out of balance already back then.

    It soon became obvious that FP, despite being the much bigger club, was falling behind massively. So much so that at some point they decided to lower their prices drastically which was the birth of the new system that is also currently in place. An attempt to restore balance as far as general success is concerned. Not only the money counts, also reputation and number of visitors and girls and the respective ratio between/of them.  

    The current system today is 80€ entry, including a ticket with which you can pay the lady for a half an hour session. This means FP is making 30 € per customer of the entry fee and 50€ is the value of the ticket for the girl.

    Assuming that the service level and quality and quantity of ladies in FP were similar to GT, this would have meant a massive boost in every aspect of the game pushing FP up and back to the top of the game. Well, in theory yes, practically not and the impact on all places and the Vienna sex market is severe.

    A brothel has traditionally always been a place to spend money and not to save money. The pursuit of where to get the best deal is unnatural when it comes to quality services and beautiful ladies. This is unnatural in business and when it comes to interaction between girls and boys even more so.

    Girls won’t go for the guy who is the least generous. Girls don’t appreciate men who are not willing to spend on them. It is not an attractive trait and this shows in less respect given by girls in FP to the clients. As far as this theory goes, the system is out of whack and market balance cannot easily be restored!

    The real influence the FKK Club Funpalast price drop had on Vienna brothels

    When they first introduced the ticket system, word spread that people would flock to FP for the better “value” and the girls were very willing to try. Therefore a good number of girls from everywhere including German FKKs and Saunaclubs, even Swiss FKKs and other clubs of Austria came to see with their own eyes. But also expectations were super high and very often girls only tried for a short while and then left Vienna again without giving other clubs a chance.

    FP, as was expected, started to quickly gain momentum and popularity, though. It seemed as if finally they found their niche and they were doing well and saw potential to catch up on GT. And they kind of did.

    What effect did the new system in Funpalast have on Goldentime?

    GT had to see some of their girls longing to try FP desperately because they were curious. After all FP was so much cheaper all of a sudden and clients had to move from GT over to FP, hadn’t they? We don’t, of course, know how GT managed to convince or force most of their girls to stay in GT exactly, but if we had to guess it is reasonable to assume that once a girl planned to leave, she couldn’t have returned so easily, almost like burning this important metaphorical bridge. This is obviously a reasonable policy to install, because “you can’t have your cake and eat it, too”

    GT saw themselves in a particularly difficult position because not only did they have a massive competitor (over girls) in Wellcum, now also FP acted out and tried to steal girls from them. This was when slowly but surely girls were unofficially allowed to ask higher prices for their services.

    Remember, traditionally half an hour used to be 60€ including OWO always and sometimes kissing as well. Nowadays, unless you are a good regular client, 100 is the minimum that you have to give for a reasonable GFE session. For the girls this whole FP ticket affair has actually turned our pretty well. Finally, they can set their own value and sell their services to who is willing to spend. After all, 60€ for sex with a stunner is laughable, anyway. Let’s put the numbers in perspective:

    Let’s assume that FKK girls want to work only in an FKK. So, in this FKK bubble in Austria we have a dozen Saunaclubs with only three big players today:

    • Goldentime Vienna
    • Funpalast Vienna
    • Wellcum Kärnten

    Those are the only three Saunaclubs that can theoretically host 100 ladies and 300+ clients at the same time without collapsing. In reality, only Wellcum is actually pulling that off. They have become the strongest force in FKK today in Austria and arguably in all of Europe. This is a debate for another day, so let’s say they are kind of equal as being the three big players.

    So, in a club like Wellcum the girls can make a fortune, always have more than enough clients, great management and comfort as Wellcum is perfectly managed and optimized in many ways. They can, however ask 70 for a half hour and not more, unless for extra services like CIM, Anal, etc.

    In FP half an hour costs 60€ but in fact most people use only their ticket which is only worth 50 to the lady (with the added “bonus” of a shitty feeling that she’s being paid in tickets)

    In GT half an hour is 60 but in fact girls REALLY want a 100 and many guys are caving in at the end and pay up. GT really had to allow the girls to charge that kind of price because there were too many good reasons to leave for the one of the other two places.

    What we have today is GT with many girls but mostly sharky ones and a declining number of clients because of a few reasons:

    • Prices are not transparent and not consistent

    • Girls are sharky, often arrogant

    • The ladies openly play with their phones in the club, although this is against the policy in most Saunaclubs

    • The girls are mostly not naked any longer and may wear more and more pieces of clothing (which is actually the same in Wellcum and FP)

    Conclusion

    After this conversation, I truly believe Funpalast had an indirect effect on the current state of Saunaclubs and FKKs in Vienna and Austria in general. Because of Funpalast lowering their entry fee and introducing the ticket system, Goldentime had to retaliate somehow. And this resulted in basically the girls running things and asking as much as they want in Goldentime. As a result of all of this, I feel like the whole FKK scene in Austria has declined and is currently in its worst state up until now.

    Let’s see how Long GT Management will sit idly by and let People have real reasons to not go to the best FKK Club any longer because they are giving up their leads irresponsibly!

    A couple months have passed and recently I decided to test the waters in Funpalast in hope of positive changes. As it turned out Funpalast didn’t change much but at least it is not as bad as before.

    It was a long time ago since I visited this FKK sauna club. Not a big fan to be honest. There are other places with better girl lineup and better price to value ratio in my opinion. Also, many of my visits didn’t end well so I had slowly lost the interest to go there. Anyway, let’s see how my last one went.

    My Latest Funpalast Visit

    I’ve paid the entrance fee which is still 80 EUR. If you want a full hour instead of half then it costs another 60 EUR. The total cost can vary depending on what else you want from the girl. With extras the full price is in the 180-250 EUR range typically.

    Pretty much the same jazz welcomed me as before. There were around 30 Vienna sex workers in FP, most of them talking in cliques. I recognized a lot of them but there were also a few good looking newcomers. They were not inclusive, a few glances and waves here and there and two girls even approached me.

    After a little chit-chat they realized I don’t have much interest and left. It seemed like most of the girls are not even interested to work, all they cared about is the chat going on between them. I took my time looking around, checking if there is a hotter sex worker I would spend a full hour with.

    One thing I like about Funpalast is that the girls walk around in lingerie or without bra. Some of them wear really sexy lingerie and it adds a sense of mystery to it. As I was looking around, I discovered Clara who I saw on the website of Laufhaus Wien Mitte in Zollgasse 3.

    If someone would ask me how things went with Clara I would answer with one word: fast. The first impression was great, she is also absolutely stunning. At first, she seems quite talkative and good in small talk.

    Also, most of the girls want to finish you fast. It is almost if like there was a competition between them. Who finishes her client first? It is not rare that you pay for 30 mins and leave after 15. I think a system based on cumshot records is not generating them that much clients.

    They are going to lose more and more clients instead. But that is just my opinion. These girls are so insistent that you can’t stop them without being harsh. At times when they finish you so fast it is even pointless to ask them if you can stay for the remaining time.

    The reason they want to finish quick is because one of the main rules of Funpalast. After the climax, the service ends and you’re out. That’s it. It is so easy to take advantage of this rule. There are so many clubs and FKKs where you can take your time until that 30 mins or whatever runs out.

    In the meantime the girl of your choice tries to make it as enjoyable as possible. Just think about it. It is not that difficult to keep things happening for that short amount of time.  So that is basically why I prefer places other than Funpalast until things change.

    Summing it Up

    I think Funpalast only favors the regulars right now. You need to really know the girls and leave a lot of money there frequently if you want some kind of privileged treatment. This is obviously how it works anywhere else but this is the place where you truly need it.

    Also, you need to know in advance which girls provide an enjoyable service because as far as I know, most of them do not. If you need a passionate lover who gives GFE then FP is going to be a real challenge for you.

    Girls that don’t want to touch me or interact with me are completely turning me off and I think many of the Funpalast clients experience this on a daily basis. This frustrated me for quite a while so I had to write a report about. Hopefully fellow mongers find it helpful.

    Watch out! There are new prices in Goldentime Vienna and a few new girls too.

    In Goldentime Vienna the prices were generally agreed upon by all the girls over the years: Entry fee in the club – 90€ (raised from 80 to 90 in August 2013); 60€ for half an hour; 120€ for an hour; Extra Prices – 60€ CIM (Cum In Mouth), 60€ for swallowing cum, 120€ for anal sex, 60€ for cum on tits.

    This was the general price scheme and blowjob without condom (OWO) and kissing (DFK) were never charged as an extra service. As we all know this can sometimes depend on the chemistry between the client and girl and the girls may sometimes refuse to do it. Either they were included in the 60€/120€ price (half an hour/ an hour) or they weren’t offered at all.

    However, recently new prices in Goldentime Vienna made their way into the saunaclub. It actually started with Goldentime Linz, the newest branch of Goldentime in Austria, which opened their gates to clients in October 2014.

    The new girls in GT started asking extra money for every service which was included in the “half-an-hour” price up until then.

    Most of these girls used to work in Germany as well as in other parts of Austria, so they may have a different mindset than the sexworkers accustomed to Vienna’s prices. Although it’s mostly Romanian girls who charge extra keep in mind that most of the sexworking girls in Vienna are from RO anyway  so no wonder that GT is overflowing with Romanians as well.     The new habit of charging extra for services which are usually included is starting to spread and now also happens in FKKs like FKK Fresh and FKK Funpalast (although not so much in Funpalast).

    How much extra money?

    Up to 40€ for service like blowjob without condom or kissing. Service which was up until now (Blowjob without condom was included 90% of cases) included or at least given out of sympathy (when kissing was the request). So 60€ for a half hour session may now turn into 100€ with no extra value.

    This annoyance doesn’t happen that much to regulars, but it very much affects foreigners, tourists, newcomers and one-timers.

    This whole situation has made waves into the Austrian ErotikForum (http://www.erotikforum.at/) where people discuss it a lot, with daily complaints and no stop in sight.

    Why is this happening?

    There are a few reasons…For example, the management at Goldentime is expanding their business with the new branch in Leonding, close to Linz in Upper Austria and other branches planned out throughout Austria (as our sources indicate) and has other things to worry about at the moment than the service of their girls. Also, the law clearly states that the clubs are NOT ALLOWED to have an impact on their girls’ service and prices.

    Another reason for this new prices in Goldentime Vienna is the slow business and girls want to make money off any single guy they catch.

    But when girls are chasing away potential clients should the club really sit back and watch like GT is doing? For example, Sexclub Maxim Wien has recently changed their policy and they take only girls who don’t charge extra for OWO and DFK.

    What’s the solution then?

    Goldentime could simply change the rules if they wanted, but since they’re too busy and don’t interfere it makes it look like they’re either oblivious to the new prices or to the fact that this makes some people angry and uncomfortable. Or maybe they simply allow it to happen.

    Many angry clients coming out of Goldentime Linz claim that the management totally supports and even encourages the girls to charge 100€ for half an hour with the paid extras instead of the base price of 60€, which is the main reason why the club’s basically empty most of the time and why there are no real stunning girls working in GT Linz anymore.

    If you think you won’t be able to handle this problem, you should probably stay away from GT. However, keep in mind that GT still has a lot of good girls with an honest service level and with an unchanged price scheme. These are the girls that make the trip to GT worthwhile, you just have to find them first.

    Goldentime is one of the best sauna clubs from Vienna. You can expect to find many wonderful girls here.
