A 17-year-old Chechen man stood before the Vienna Regional Court because he offered sexual services of 2 young girls. He shared the girls’ images on social media and tried to sell their sexual services to customers.
He met the first woman at the train station
As the investigation revealed, the 17-year-old man met the 13-year-old woman the previous year at the local train station, where they exchanged their contact details. Only after a few weeks, he advertised his young girlfriend on Snapchat, providing the price of sex to potential clients.
The investigators also found that previously he had sex with the 13-year-old girl, however it can be punished according to Austrian laws.
These laws state that having sex with someone who is under 14 is illegal if there are more than 3 years between the two parties.
It was also revealed that at least one time, the 17-year-old guy transported the young woman to a client, who did not know that the girl is under 14 years. It also turned out that the young Chechen man tried to sell the victim’s girlfriend’s sexual services as well, however she was only 14 years old.
He said the young woman already worked as a prostitute before
Before the jury, the young Chechen stated that the 13-year-old girl already worked independently as a prostitute before. He started to sell her services after the girl showed him that someone was interested in having sex with her.
He also stated that he just tried to protect the young sex worker. However, he also did not keep the agreement that he made beforehand with the 13-year-old girl.
According to it, they would split the girl’s earnings, keeping half of it for each.
In the end, the young Chechen kept 100 EUR from the accumulated 150 EUR and gave only 50 EUR to the girl. When the judge asked him why he did this, he answered that he did not have change to pay the 13-year-old girl as they agreed upon.
